# Gewünschte Kundenkarte nicht verfügbar – was tun?

Wenn eine Kundenkarte nicht in der **poinz App** verfügbar ist, kannst du sie selbst hinzufügen, indem du auf **„Andere Karte hinzufügen“** tippst. Alternativ kannst du auch unseren **Support** kontaktieren, damit die Karte zusätzlich als Standard hinterlegt wird: **support@poinz.ch**.
