# Ich kann keine Stempel (poinz) sammeln – was tun bei einer Fehlermeldung?

Vergewissere dich, dass du eine **stabile Internetverbindung** hast und dass es sich um einen **offiziellen poinz QR-Code** handelt. Funktioniert es trotzdem nicht, melde dich bitte bei unserem **Support**. Öffne dazu in der **poinz App** die **Einstellungen**, wähle **Support** und erstelle eine **Supportanfrage**. Beschreibe kurz dein Problem, und wir melden uns mit einem Lösungsvorschlag bei dir.
