A user came in with an expired deal — what should I do?
Please note down the customer’s email address as well as the deal reference number, then contact our poinz Business Support:

Service already provided?
If you have already provided the service, our poinz Business Support can redeem the deal retrospectively. The amount will be credited to you with the next payout.
Service not yet provided?
If the customer has not yet received the service and would like to use the deal at a later date, the deal can be extended.
If you agree to an extension, please refer the customer to our poinz Business Support. They will extend the deal so that you can redeem it as usual by scanning it on the customer’s next visit.
How the customer can contact support directly via the app:
- Tap the profile icon in the poinz app
- Select “Support”
- Describe the issue and submit the support request
