Forgot your user account or password?

You can reset your password via “Forgot password”. You will then receive a link to create a new password.

Using the “Help” function, you can send a support request directly to our support team – we will then be happy to get back to you.

If you originally registered via Apple, Facebook, or Google, no password was set, which is why a reset is not possible. In this case, simply click on the corresponding logo in the login window to sign in.
