How do I delete stamp cards and customer cards?

Stamp cards:

Open your wallet in the poinz app and select the “Stamp cards” category. Find the card you want to delete and swipe the bar to the left. Then tap the red “Delete” button. The stamp card will be permanently removed from your wallet.

If you have accidentally deleted a card, contact our support directly via the app (Settings > Support) or by email at [support@poinz.ch](). If you have not yet collected any poinz on it, you can add it again at any time via “Discover”.

Customer cards:

Open the customer card you want to delete in your wallet and tap “Edit”. A trash bin icon will appear in the upper right corner — tap it, and the customer card will be deleted immediately. You can add it again at any time afterward, even if it was deleted accidentally.
