How do I redeem a full stamp card?

If your stamp card is full, you can redeem it during your next visit to the shop and benefit from the promised reward. Simply inform the staff that you have a full poinz stamp card — they will assist you with the redemption. With most stamp card partners, it is not possible to collect multiple full cards at the same time. Therefore, for certain types of stamp cards, it may be necessary to redeem the full card before you can continue collecting stamps.

To redeem the full stamp card, open your wallet in the poinz app, tap on the full card, and redeem it using the “Redeem” button. The staff will show you a QR code to scan.
