How much cashback do I receive for my purchases?

Cashback with poinz credit cards

If you have the poinz credit cards, you always collect cashback everywhere worldwide — regardless of whether you shop with a poinz partner or any other store. Whether you shop online, book vacations, pay abroad, or make any other purchases:

• Visa: 0.25% cashback
• American Express: 1% cashback (in the first 3 months even 3% until CHF 100.– cashback is reached, as the main cardholder)

Cashback at local partners

If you have stored any payment method (debit/credit card or mobile payment) in your poinz account and pay at a local poinz partner, you receive at least 1% cashback.

• With the poinz American Express stored in the app: 2% cashback (1% poinz + 1% Amex)
• With the poinz Visa stored in the app: 1.25% cashback (1% poinz + 0.25% Visa)

Cashback for digital vouchers

When purchasing digital vouchers in the poinz app, you also collect cashback. The amount varies depending on the voucher. Details can be found directly in the respective voucher section in the app.

Online cashback

Through the online shopping feature, you can collect up to 30% cashback. The amount depends on the partner. All information can be found in the poinz partner overview or on our homepage.

💡 Note: For online purchases or digital vouchers, the payment method does not need to be stored in the app — this is only required for purchases at local shops.
