I cannot collect stamps (poinz) – what should I do if an error message appears?
Make sure you have a stable internet connection and that it is an official poinz QR code. If it still doesn’t work, please contact our support. To do so, open the settings in the poinz app, select Support, and create a support request. Briefly describe your issue, and we will get back to you with a proposed solution.
