I have a question about my poinz credit cards.

Although poinz is the owner of the poinz credit cards, the issuer of the cards is Swisscard AECS GmbH. This means that the entire credit card process is handled by Swisscard, and for data protection reasons poinz has no access to your data. You can obtain information about your credit card account directly from Swisscard:
