I want to delete my poinz app — can I continue using the poinz credit cards anyway?

Yes, the poinz credit cards can continue to be used. However, we do not recommend this, as no cashback will be collected in this case. To manage the cashback you receive, you need the poinz app and therefore a registered poinz account.

If you delete your poinz account, the management of the cards will then be handled entirely through the Swisscard App.
