I was not able to redeem my deal on-site – what should I do?

In this case, please contact our support directly. Go to the settings in the poinz app and select “Support” to create a request. Briefly describe the problem, and we will get back to you with a proposed solution. Alternatively, you can contact us via the contact form on our homepage or by email at [support@poinz.ch]().


However, please always try to discuss the issue with the staff on-site first. In most cases, it can be resolved immediately.
