My collected poinz are missing – what should I do?

If you can no longer find your collected stamps (poinz) or have accidentally logged into the wrong account, please contact our support team. To do so, open the settings in the poinz app and tap “Support” to create a request. Briefly describe your issue – we will then get back to you with a proposed solution.
