What do I do if I cannot collect poinz? (Error message after scan)

Make sure you have a stable internet connection and note that it is a poinz QR code. If it still doesn't work, please contact our support. We will be happy to help you. To do so, go to the poinz app settings and select "Support". Briefly describe the exact problem and we will come back to you with a solution. 🤝
