When will my cashback be displayed?

For local shops, your collected cashback is displayed in your poinz account within seconds. The amount may appear as blocked credit if the shop has defined a return period. Once this period has expired, the cashback becomes fully redeemable.

For online purchases, it may take up to 24 hours until the blocked cashback is displayed. However, it only becomes available after the return period defined by the respective company has ended. This usually takes about 2 months.
