Where can I view my transactions?

In the poinz app or on poinz.ch under the “Cashback” category, you will find a transaction overview. Tap on “Your balance” to view all activities.

Transactions made with the poinz credit cards are excluded. You can view these in the Swisscard app or on your monthly credit card statement. In the poinz app, the cashback collected with the credit cards is initially displayed as “Provisional poinz credit card balance” and is finally credited after payment of the monthly bill.
