Why is my cashback not being displayed?

By law, cashback may not be granted on certain products. Please also take note of the respective information and conditions in the product description.


Cashback is also not credited if the following conditions are not met:

  • All cookies must be accepted
  • No cashback via the partner’s app
  • No ad blocker activated
  • Use of vouchers or promo codes that do not originate from poinz


Please always pay close attention to the individual conditions of each online partner.


For online purchases, in most cases we can submit what is known as a post-tracking request to the partner, provided certain conditions are met. Please contact our support team directly for this.


To do so, open the settings in the poinz app and tap “Support” to create a support request. Briefly describe your concern – we will get back to you as soon as possible with a proposed solution.

If you made a purchase at a local partner and no cashback is displayed, the payment method used is most likely not stored in your poinz account. We are happy to help you with this as well — please contact us as described above.
