Why isn’t my cashback showing up?

For certain products, cashback cannot be granted by law. Please also note the respective instructions and conditions in the product description.


Cashback will also not be credited if the following conditions are not met:

  • All cookies must be accepted
  • No cashback via the partner’s app
  • No AdBlocker activated
  • No use of vouchers or promo codes that do not come from poinz


Please always make sure to check the specific conditions of each online partner.


For online purchases, we can in most cases submit a so-called “missing cashback request” to the partner, provided certain conditions are met. Please contact our support team directly for this.


To do so, open the poinz app, go to Settings and tap on Support to create a support request. Briefly describe your concern – we will get back to you as soon as possible with a proposed solution.

If you made a purchase at a local partner and no cashback is displayed, the payment method you used may not be stored in your poinz account. We’ll be happy to help you with this as well – just contact us as described above.
