A user has come in with an expired deal, what should I do?

Please take the email address of the user and the reference number of the deal and contact poinz Business Support.

If you have already provided the service, poinz Business Support can redeem the deal afterwards and you will receive the amount with the next payment.

If the user has not yet received the service and redeems the deal at a later date, we have the option to extend the deal. Please refer the user, if an extension of the deal is okay for you, to our poinz Business Support. They will extend the deal and you will be able to redeem it via scan the next time the user visits.
