How can I redeem my cashback?
There are three ways to redeem your cashback:
Digital Vouchers:
Go to "poinz Swiss Loyalty" in the poinz app and then "Redeem". Click on "Digital Vouchers & Deals". You will be redirected to our digital voucher store. Select the voucher and enter the amount. Then click on "Add to shopping cart". Confirm the terms and conditions and then select in the shopping cart that you want to redeem your Swiss Loyalty credit to buy the voucher. Go to check-out, check the details and finally complete the purchase by clicking on "Purchase now".
Buy deals:
In the poinz app, go to "poinz Swiss Loyalty" and then to "Redeem". Click on "Digital Vouchers & Deals" and select "Deals" in the upper left corner. Select the deal and then click on "Add to shopping cart". Then in the shopping cart, select that you want to redeem your Swiss Loyalty credit to purchase the deal. Go to check-out, check the details and finally complete the purchase by clicking on "Purchase now".
Cash out: (possible from CHF 100.-)
In the poinz app, go to "poinz Swiss Loyalty" and then to "Redeem". Click on "Payment" and enter your bank account and pay out the amount. Your withdrawal request will be processed within 7 days.
